Warranty & Returns
We want you to be completely happy with every order. If something arrives faulty, damaged or simply isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns
You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. For health and hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened e-liquids, pods, coils, pouches or any item with a broken seal. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, doesn't work out of the box or develops a fault within its warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund, including return postage where the item is confirmed faulty. It helps to include photos or a short video of the issue with your message.
Hardware warranty
- Vape kits, mods, tanks and chargers are covered against manufacturing faults for 3 months from delivery, or longer where the manufacturer provides an extended warranty.
- Consumables such as coils, pods, batteries and e-liquids are covered for out-of-box faults only, reported within 14 days of delivery.
- The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, physical damage, liquid damage or damage caused by incorrect charging. See our battery safety guide for safe charging practice.
How to start a return or claim
- Message us on live chat or email support@justvapewholesale.com with your order number.
- Describe the issue and attach photos if it's a fault or damage claim.
- We'll reply within one business day with the next steps and, where applicable, the return address.
- Once the return is received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
