Do I need an ABN to open a trade account?
Yes. We supply licensed retailers, tobacconists, convenience stores and pharmacies, so a valid ABN is required, along with any tobacco or vaping retail licence your state or territory requires.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $250 AUD excluding shipping. There is no membership fee, no annual spend commitment and no application form to fill in: meeting the minimum is what makes it a trade order.
How is trade pricing applied?
Every price shown on the site is already the trade price, so there is no separate login to see it. Larger cartons and multi-packs carry a lower per-unit cost, so the saving scales with the pack size you choose rather than with a discount code.
How do I pay as a trade customer?
We accept Bank Transfer / PayID, Paysafecard, Bitcoin. Most trade accounts settle by bank transfer or PayID: place the order, then contact live chat and we'll send account details and confirm dispatch.
How fast do wholesale orders ship?
We dispatch tracked orders daily, Australia-wide. Standard delivery is free on every trade order and typically lands in 3 to 7 business days; express is 1 to 3 business days and can be selected at checkout.
Can I request stock you don't currently list?
