These terms apply to all purchases from Just Vape Wholesale ("we", "us") viajustvapewholesale.com. By placing an order you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website. We verify age at checkout and may request identification before supplying an order. See ourAge Verification policy.

2. Orders and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Placing an order reserves your items but doesn't complete the sale. Payment is settled after checkout: message our live chat support with your order number to receive payment details for bank transfer, PayID, paysafecard or Bitcoin.
  • Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled and returned to stock.
  • A contract is formed when we confirm payment and dispatch your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, pricing was displayed in error or age cannot be verified. Anything you've paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

3. Pricing and product information

We work hard to keep prices, stock levels and product descriptions accurate, but errors can occur. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary between production batches. Nicotine strengths and volumes are as stated by the manufacturer.

4. Delivery

Delivery costs, options and timeframes are set out on ourDelivery & Dispatch page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your nominated address.

5. Returns and warranty
