The Nord 4 features an incredible 2000mAh internal battery, ensuring all day use and longevity. That mighty battery supports a maximum power output of 80W, which when paired with Smok’s sub-ohm RPM 2 and RPM coils (included) delivers unprecedented cloud and flavour production in a compact device that still fits smoothly and discreetly into any pocket or compartment.
Smok’s innovative tech makes the Nord 4 replete with useful features including Pod and Coil Detection, Short Circuit Protection, 8-second Cut Off and Low Voltage Protection. Type C charging allows for incredibly fast 1.4A charging with the included cable.
The Nord 4 offers the choice of two refillable 2ml pods. The RPM pod is compatible with Smok’s entire range of Smok’s RPM coils while the RPM2 pod and compatible RPM2 coils provide pin-sharp flavour. The Nord 4 kit contains an RPM pod and an RPM 0.4 Ohm coil for an intense mouth-to-lung experience while the RPM 2 pod and 0.16 Ohm mesh coil produces an unbeatable direct lung vape.
New to the Nord 4 is a ingenius airflow ring; a discreet wheel below the pod that allows you to rotate freely until you find the perfect draw for you. To refill the pods, you simply pull out the rubber plug, top up with eliquid, reseal the plug and insert the pod back into the device, where it is held firmly with strong magnets.
As with previous Nord kits, the Nord 4 displays all the information you need on a crystal-clear OLED screen. Tactile buttons allow you to adjust functions and wattage on the fly.

It’s really great for someone who wants something simple. The flavours are clean and crisp and the design feels sturdy. I’ve dropped it more times than I’d like to admit and it’s doing just fine. The only downside I can think of is that as far as I can tell there’s no way of checking the liquid levels without removing the pod. This has resulted in a handful of dry hits since I’ve had it. But all in all, I’m satisfied and glad I bought it.

The battery is quite big so I can go about 3 days without charging. I wish they provided a high ohm coil instead of the 0.4 ohm coil. The one thing I don't like is the leaky bit if you drag a couple of times the internal bit where you drag from can build up with liquid. The airflow is adjustable which is nice.

Used it for a week now and decided to change to a new coil as it was starting to lose flavour but was perfectly fine and didn't taste burnt or anything. Had the Nord 2 before but lost it. The Nord 4 has a great build. Bigger than the Nord 2 but still easily pocketable. Very robust; has survived the handful fo times I've dropped it (oops). The adjustable air inflow valve is great. The way the pod fits with magnets is very satisfying. Can use as a MTL or DTL depending on the pod and coil of which there are many to choose from. Easy to adjust the wattage. Most importantly, as a heavy vaper, the battery easily lasts all day!

The only draw backs are the dark grey plastic the tank is made from, you have to hold the tank up to the light in order to check how full the tank is and the rubber seal where you fill the tank is quite hard to get into without a tiny thin object to help you get into. Helps with leakage but not easy to refill when you're on the go! These are 2 minor gripes though. All round a very good kit. Small and compact, just a little larger than a lighter but feels more robust than previous models. Would recommend.
