The product is amazing , however the delivery service.....Evri.. is absolutely atrocious. Cancelled delivery dates . This month it was a week even though you had dispatched the day of the order. This leads to lots of frustration,I have emailed numerous times over the last year to yourselves and Evri to make you aware of the situation but this seems to be ignored by them. Perhaps if you were to put a survey out to all your customers it would give you an idea of the issues around delivery. As Stated I love the product but delivery is worse than poor.!!!!!

The product was fine once I received it. I paid the extra to have it sent with DPD. It was delivered to the wrong address and I raised a complaint with DPD. No one contacted me and I had to go out and repurchase more e-cig juice (I am disabled, so this is not easy and why I ordered online in the first place). I have had no contact from Vapouriz despite DPD advising me they will be to update me on the process of sorting the missing parcel.
